Our next stage is to complete a deep analysis of the market and create a compelling executive job profile by using our unique on-line system which we have created to attract the exact candidates you require. Our process covers a wide range of social media, our current database and many other platforms providing us with results.
Approach
During this stage we forward the shortlist of prospective candidates to the client. A series of internal meetings will continue throughout the candidate identification process and the number of potential candidates will be reduced. This shortlist is achieved through detailed interviews that discuss the specifics of the executive job, and explore the candidates’ background, competencies and interest in the role. We also conduct reference checks and provide the client the final thoughts on strengths and weaknesses about each candidate.
